Requested key not found for document &2 in folder &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : While doing a get, delete, or read associate record operation an associate record key for document &2 in folder &1 was not found.
If the folder name is *NONE or *INTDOC, then &2 is a system object name. If the folder name is *NONE, then the document is a filed document that is not in a folder. If the folder name is *INTDOC, then the document is not a filed document and is not in a folder.
Recovery . . . : Continue processing realizing that the associate record was not found.
