Not authorized to access document &2 in folder &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You must have an authorization level of at least &5 to do the requested function.
If you are working on behalf of someone, this may be a private document.
If the folder name is *NONE, *N, or *INTDOC, then &2 is a system object name. If the folder name is *NONE, then the document is a filed document that is not in a folder. If the folder name is *N, then the document may or may not be in a folder. If the folder name is *INTDOC, then the document is not a filed document and is not in a folder.
If the authorization level is *EXCLUDE, then this message was issued as a result of the user having an authorization level greater than *EXCLUDE when an authorization check of *EXCLUDE was required.
Recovery . . . : See the owner of the document and request the appropriate authorization.
