Reclaim of &2 not successful.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &2 of type &4 in folder &1 could not be reclaimed.
If the object is *ALL or *INT, then internal system objects could not be reclaimed and operations on document library objects are not allowed. Previously listed errors must be handled before RCLDLO can succeed.
If the object is a document and the folder path is *NONE or *INTDOC, then &2 is the system object name of the document. If the folder path is *NONE, the object is filed but is not in a folder. If the folder path is *INTDOC, the object is a document that is not filed and is not in a folder.
If the object is a folder and the folder path is *NONE, then &2 is a first-level folder.
Recovery . . . : See message &5 and any other previously listed messages for recovery actions. (Previous error messages will generally be in the CPF8Axx or CPF90xx ranges).
If the preceding error or errors indicate one or more users are not enrolled in the system directory, this condition must be corrected before any reclaim of document library objects can succeed. This condition usually indicates that the system directory files were not restored or were restored from a backup that is out of date.
