RCLDLO DLO(*DOCDTL) must be run.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One or more of the document library services (DLS) database files were restored to the system and the RCLDLO DLO(*DOCDTL) command has not been run to synchronize those files with the document library. No DLS activity is allowed until this synchronization is performed.
Recovery . . . : Start the RCLDLO DLO(*DOCDTL) command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The DLS database files contain the document details for all documents and folders on the system. When restored from backup media, these files contain inaccurate data and must be synchronized with the document library.
