Document library object errors during RCLSTG.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One or more document library objects could not be processed during RCLSTG processing. See the previously listed messages in the job log to determine the cause of the errors.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error, then run the RCLSTG command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Document library objects reside in a set of libraries starting with the letters QDOC. One or more of these libraries was missing and could not be created.
