Recoverable token-ring errors decreasing on line &23 for adapter &40 or &41.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The rate at which errors are being reported by adapters on the token ring is analyzed by the system. When adapter errors are occurring often enough to affect performance, the system operator is notified. If the system finds there is a decrease in the frequency of errors, this message is sent to the system operator. The decrease in errors is occurring on that part of the ring between adapter &40 and &41.
Recovery . . . : The token ring has recovered from the errors through built-in recovery procedures.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Recoverable errors are errors that cause the token ring to run slowly. They occur because of inconsistencies in received or repeated frames and because an adapter cannot process the received frames. Token rings usually tolerate this type of error; however, if recoverable errors cause the token ring to run slowly, then the adapters notify the token-ring manager, which notifies operators of the troubled areas on the token ring.
When the number of recoverable errors decrease and there is no longer a slowdown on the ring, the adapters will notify the token-ring manager of this change also.
