Excessive recoverable token-ring errors on line &23, adapter &40.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Too many recoverable errors are occurring on token-ring line &23 and causing it to run slowly. The most likely cause of the errors is adapter &40.
Recovery . . . : The token ring has recovered from the errors through built-in recovery procedures.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Recoverable errors are errors that temporarily cause the token ring to run slowly. They occur because of inconsistencies in received or repeated frames and because an adapter cannot process the received frames. Token rings usually tolerate this type of error; however, if recoverable errors cause the token ring to run slowly, then adapters notify the token-ring manager, which notifies operators of the troubled areas on the ring.
