Token-ring errors not logged on line &23.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Token-ring errors are not being logged for line &23. Either the line was created (CRTLINTRN command) with the TRLAN manager logging level (TRNLOGLVL parameter) set to *OFF, or the line was changed (CHGLINTRN command) to set the logging level to *OFF.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This is an informational message to inform the user that token-ring errors are not being logged on line &23.
