Data received by token-ring manager from ring error monitor on line &23 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The token-ring manager received data for line &23 from the ring error monitor (REM) that was not valid.
Recovery . . . : No operator action is required. The data from the REM will be discarded and the token-ring manager will continue running.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The REM sends error reports to the token-ring manager. These error reports contain required and optional vectors. This message is issued when either missing or incorrect vectors are found in the REM error report.
