No problems in problem log can be sent.

Cause . . . . . : Problem records must be in either PREPARED or OPENED status before you can send them to a service provider. There are currently no problems with the status you specified that are ready to be sent to the selected service provider.
Recovery . . . : To prepare problems for sending, use the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command and type the option to work with each problem. Select the option to report the problem and fill in the displays provided to prepare the problem for sending. Through the option to report the problem, you can send the problem immediately or delay sending and use the Send Service Request (SNDSRVRQS) command to send all the problems you have prepared.
