PTF &2-&1 &3 can only be ordered with similar PTFs.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The combination of PTFs in the list you requested cannot be processed. PTF number &1 can only be ordered with other PTFs that are of the same group. For example, you cannot order PTFs with numbers of the form SF98xxx with PTFs whose numbers are of the form SFxxxxx.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again specifying only PTFs that are part of the same group as PTF &1. You can then use the Send PTF Order (SNDPTFORD) command again, to order the remaining PTFs in your original list.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : PTFs that are of the same group are:
-- MF98xxx and SF98xxx
-- IIxxxxx
The above PTFs may not be ordered with other PTFs.
