Remote job QECS not found or started at &1.&2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The QECS job at service provider &1.&2 is required for remote service support.
Recovery . . . : Have the service provider &1.&2 use the Start System Manager (STRSYSMGR) command to start the QECS job.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The QECS job under the QSYSWRK subsystem on &1.&2 must be started for remote service support. The STRSYSMGR command will start the QECS job under the QSYSWRK subsystem. The QSYSWRK subsystem at &1.&2 must also be active before the QECS job can be started.
