Cannot receive answer to service request.

Cause . . . . . : Service provider &1.&2 attempted to send a problem answer for problem &3, but this system was unable to process the answer because one of the following has occurred:
-- Problem &3 has been closed or deleted.
-- Problem &3 is unavailable at this time.
-- An unknown error may have occurred.
Recovery . . . :
-- To determine if problem &3 has been closed or deleted use the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command. If the problem has been closed or deleted the problem can no longer be answered.
-- To determine if problem &3 is unavailable look at the previously listed messages to determine who is currently using problem &3. When problem &3 becomes available contact the service representative at service provider &1.&2 to send the problem answer again.
-- If this is an unknown error look at the previously listed messages in the job log to determine the cause of the problem. If possible, correct the problem and contact the service representative at service provider &1.&2 to send the problem answer again. If the problem continues, have the service representative use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to report this problem to the next level service provider.
