Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either program temporary fix (PTF) &1 or cover letter &4 for product &2 at release &3 was ordered specifying *LINKONLY for the delivery mode. This PTF or cover letter cannot be delivered electronically.
Recovery . . . : Use the Send PTF Order (SNDPTFORD) command to order the PTF or cover letter again, specifying *ANY for the delivery mode.
