Cause . . . . . : You requested electronic delivery for a PTF order, however, PTF &1 for product &2 at release &3 has a requisite which cannot be sent electronically.
Recovery . . . : Use the Send PTF Order (SNDPTFORD) command to order the PTF again, specifying *ANY for the delivery mode.
