Product for PTF &2-&1 &3 not supported by IBM Service.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Product &2 at release &3 for PTF &1 is not supported by IBM service support. You can only order PTFs for products supported by IBM service support.
Recovery . . . : Verify you typed the PTF number correctly, If the delivery method (DELIVERY) parameter was set to *LINKONLY a service assigned number will not be assigned. Either contact an IBM service representative at &4 to determine why PTF &2-&1 &3 is not supported by IBM Service, or change the delivery parameter (DELIVERY) to *ANY and send the PTF order again. This will cause a service assigned number to be assigned and an IBM service representative will contact you.
