CIM indication can not be generated for reason &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : CIM indication can not be generated. Reason codes and their meaning follow:
1. Product 5770-UME (IBM Universal Manageability Enablement for i) is not installed.
2. Problem type cannot be sent.
3. Configuration file not found or damaged.
4. CIM objects not found or damaged.
Recovery . . . : Recovery for the reason codes follow:
1. Install the product 5770-UME.
2. Select only software or hardware problems to send by CIM.
3. Contact your IBM Service Provider.
4. Contact your IBM Service Provider.
