Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal system object associated with User ID &2 &3 or user profile &1 cannot be assigned. The user may be signed on the system which prevents this job from doing the function, or the object is either being deleted because the user is being removed from the system distribution directory or the object was damaged and is being created again by another system process.
Recovery . . . : Use the DSPDIRE command to be sure the user is enrolled in the system distribution directory. If the user is enrolled, submit the request again. If the user is not enrolled, correct the user ID or use the WRKDIRE command to enroll the user. If the problem persists and the user is enrolled in the system distribution directory, delete the user from the system distribution directory and then enroll the user. This causes the system to create the internal objects again that are required to do the function.
