System requires file &1 in &2 be journaled.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the file &1 in &2 is not being journaled, or it is not being journaled correctly. If file &1 is an office services physical file, then use STRJRNPF command to journal the file to journal QAOSDIAJRN in library QUSRSYS. If file &1 is an office services logical file, then that file has physical files that must be journaled to QAOSDIAJRN in QUSRSYS. See the Office Services Concepts and Programmer's Guide, SC41-9758, for a list of files.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display File Description (DSPFD) command to determine the physical files and then use the STRJRNPF command to journal the file to journal QAOSDIAJRN in library QUSRSYS. Once the file is journaled, submit your request again. If file &1 is not an office services file, see the Office Services Concepts and Programmer's Guide for information on how files must be journaled when used with office services files.
