Document interchange session not started.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The document interchange session was not started for one of the following reasons. Office system recovery has exclusive use of required internal system objects thus preventing any new sessions from starting, a system resource required by the session needs to be recovered or an unexpected error occurred during initialization. See previous messages to determine the reason.
Recovery . . . : If the session was not started because recovery is currently being done, wait until the recovery is complete and try the request again. If system resource &1 type *&2 was not found, destroyed or damaged then do one of the following suggested recovery procedures and try the request again. If the QDOC user profile is the resource that was not found, then restore that user profile. If the QUSRSYS library was the resource that was not found, then restore that library. If the QRECOVERY library was the resource that was not found, then do an install with type of INSTALL(*ABBRV). If the QDOC library was the resource that was not found, then do an initial program load of the system to correct the problem. If *N is the resource, it refers to a required internal system object. See the previous messages for recovery of the internal object.
