Cause . . . . . : The user cannot be removed from the system distribution directory or changed to a remote user because the user is the owner of documents or folders, or has checked out documents. If the user profile is *N, refer to the user ID and address. If the user ID and address are *N, refer to the user profile.
Recovery . . . : To view the list of documents or folders owned by this user, use the Work with Objects by Owner (WRKOBJOWN) command or use the Display User Profile (DSPUSRPRF) command and specify *OBJOWN in the TYPE parameter. All objects owned by this user will be displayed. Do one of the following and then try the request again to remove the user from the system distribution directory.
-- Use the DLTDLO command to delete the documents or folders owned by the user.
-- Use the CHGDLOOWN command to change the owner of the documents or folders.
-- If you used the WRKOBJOWN command or the DSPUSRPRF command and no documents or folders were shown as being owned by this user, use the RCLDLO command.
-- Use the RPLDOC command to replace checked out documents.
