User &1, User ID and address &2 &3 cannot be removed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user cannot be removed from the system distribution directory or changed to a remote user because the system has distributions waiting for the user. If the user profile is *N, refer to the user ID and address. If the user ID and address are *N, refer to the user profile.
Recovery . . . : Use either the document interchange services commands, Query Distributions (QRYDST), Receive Distributions (RCVDST) and Delete Distributions (DLTDST), or the Work with Network File command (WRKNETF) to get or cancel the distributions that are waiting for the user. If these commands cannot be used, use the Work with Directory Entries (WRKDIRE) command to remove the user ID from the system distribution directory and delete the mail that is waiting for the user.
