Date must be specified when time not *AVAIL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A starting time other than *AVAIL was specified when the starting date was *BEGIN, or an ending time other than *AVAIL was specified when the ending date was *END.
Recovery . . . : Either type a date, or change the time on the create date search (CRTDATE) value to *AVAIL. Then try the request again.
