Cause . . . . . : User profile &1 is not enrolled in the system distribution directory.
-- When the requesting user profile has no other special authorities, such as *SAVSYS, *SECADM or *ALLOBJ authority, then the following control language commands operating on document library objects require the requester to be enrolled:
-- Add Document Library Object Authority (ADDDLOAUT),
-- Change Document Library Object Authority (CHGDLOAUT),
-- Display Document Library Object Authority (DSPDLOAUT),
-- Edit Document Library Object Authority (EDTDLOAUT),
-- Remove Document Library Object Authority (RMVDLOAUT),
-- Restore Document Library Object (RSTDLO), and
-- Save Document Library Object (SAVDLO).
Recovery . . . : Ask the system administrator to enroll the user in the system distribution directory. Then try the request again.
