Cause . . . . . : The option to assign a new description to a user ID or to add a new description is not valid for the the following directory entries:
1) Default owner entry (QDFTOWN QDFTOWN)
2) System entry (QSYS QSYS)
3) Licensed program install (QLPINSTL QLPINSTL)
4) Licensed program automatic install user (QLPAUTO QLPAUTO)
Recovery . . . : Do not select this option for any of the above entries.
