Background mail notification ended; start QSNADS.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Serious errors prevent this system from processing requests to notify office users that mail has been received/delivered. Background requests cannot be completed until the error is corrected. See the job log of job &3/&2/&1 for the cause of the error.
Recovery . . . : Correct the errors. If the job log cannot be found, change job description QDIA in QGPL (CHGJOBD command) to specify LOG(4 0 *SECLVL) to log future errors. Use the End Subsystem (ENDSBS) command to end the QSNADS subsystem and start it again using the Start Subsystem (STRSBS) command.
