Target system does not support SBMRMTCMD.

Cause . . . . . : The remote system &3 does not support the submit remote command (SBMRMTCMD command). The remote location name specified by the distributed data management (DDM) file &1 in library &2 for the SBMRMTCMD command caused a connection to be made to a system that does not support the SBMRMTCMD DDM extension.
Recovery . . . : Verify that either the DDM file specified is correct, or the remote location specified by the DDM file is correct. Correct the errors and then try the request again.
