File &1 in &2 not a data base file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The source system sent file &1 in &2 with member &3 for Distributed Data Management (DDM) request &5, but the file was not a data base file. The associated declare name, if given, is &4.
Recovery . . . : Change the file name sent by the source system to the file name of a data base file.
