Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The source system has sent a Distributed Data Management (DDM) input or output (I/O) request &5 using declare name &4, but file &1 in &2 with member &3 is not currently open under this declare name.
Recovery . . . : Before requesting any DDM I/O operations, the source system must send an open request using the declare name &4.
