Message : CPF9231
File &1 in library &2 not created.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The distributed data management (DDM) source system passed this system a DDM create file command. The command requested the file to be created without delete, write, or duplicate key capabilities and initialized with active or deleted records. The file cannot be created on this system for one of the following reasons:
-- Files that are not delete capable cannot be initialized with deleted records.
-- Files that are not write capable cannot be initialized with active or deleted records.
-- Key files that are not duplicate key capable cannot be initialized with active records.
Recovery . . . : Change the DDM create file command. Either the file initialization option or the file capabilities must be changed.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The DDM create file command specified one of the following parameter combinations:
-- The default record option (DFTRECOP) parameter set to a value of default inactive initialization (DFTINAIN), and the delete capability (DELCP) parameter set to a value of FALSE. The default for DELCP is FALSE.
-- The default record option (DFTRECOP) parameter set to any value other than NIL and the insert capability (INSCP) parameter set to a value of FALSE.
-- The default record option (DFTRECOP) parameter, set to either a value of default target initialization (DFTTRGIN), or default source initialization (DFTSRCIN) with the duplicate key capability (KEYDUPCP) set to FALSE.
