Initialization failed because file space exceeded.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The distributed data management (DDM) source system sent this system a DDM create file command to create the file &1 in library &2. The total number of records specified by the source system is greater than the size of the file to be created. The file was not created.
Recovery . . . : Change the DDM create file command to request the creation of a file with the default record option having a record count equal to the initial file size.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The DDM create file command specified a default record option with a record count greater than the initial file size.
