Cause . . . . . : Either the source system sent a request to open a document or folder with an invalid access method or the source system used the directory access method or the stream access method incorrectly.
Recovery . . . : Use the correct access method to open a data base file. Use the directory access method to open a folder, and use the stream access method to open a document.
