User &6 not authorized by user exit program to function &3 for object &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user exit program &4 in &5 does not allow user &6 to access the object &1 in &2 through the Distributed Data Management (DDM) request &3. The user exit program may limit the user to certain functions, to certain objects, or to a combination of functions and objects.
Recovery . . . : See the target system security officer to change the user exit program to allow user &6 to access the object and the function needed.
