DDM request &3 not allowed for folder management object &1 in &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to perform a folder management function on object &1 in &2 using the Distributed Data Management (DDM) request &3. Although this function is supported, the source DDM system does not support the DDM manager at the level required to access this folder management object.
Recovery . . . : If the function requested was intended for a data base object, change the name from a folder management object to a data base object. Then try the request again.
