DDM request &3 for object &1 in &2 is not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The object &1 in &2 is protected. If the Distributed Data Management (DDM) request is CRTSTRF, then the CLRFILDO value was specified for the DUPFILOP parameter. If the DDM request is DELDRC, then object &1 cannot be deleted from &2, but other objects in &2 may have been deleted.
Recovery . . . : Change the characteristics of object &1 using the DDM CHGFAT command so that the object is not protected. Then try the request again.
