Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The source sent a key field definition on a CRTAIF (create alternate index file) request which is not supported by Distributed Data Management (DDM) on the target. The logical file &1 in library &2 was not created because the base file has a record length class of RECVAR (varying length record) and the key field definition on the CRTAIF request defines a key which does not map directly over an existing field in the base file or is mapped over a variable length field in the base file.
Recovery . . . : Define the key field definitions so they map directly over fixed length fields in the base file and then retry the create request.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The target must create the logical file (alternate index file) with the same record length class as the corresponding base file when using DDM to create the file. If the base file is a variable length record file then the key fields must map directly over fixed length fields in the base file.
