No operator at remote system to run recovery or verification.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either no operator is present at the remote system or the operator present has chosen not to run recovery or verification procedures. To perform operations necessary to complete recovery or verification, a skilled operator must be present at the remote system.
Recovery . . . : Run problem analysis again and be sure to select the option indicating that an operator is present at the remote site.
