System detected an internal error on controller &24.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system encountered an unexpected error when trying to do work for location &4 in network &5 on controller description &24. The reason code is &7.
Recovery . . . : The recovery depends on the reason code.
1, 2, 3, or 4 - This error may have happened because controller description &24 was varied off during the time that the controller is attempting to connect. Check the status of controller description &24 using the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command and if it is varied off, vary it on using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command. If this occurs again, there may be a problem in the software, follow the instructions below for a software problem.
5 - Another job is holding a lock on a resource that is needed by the job attempting to connect. This can be caused by a job being held. Release any held jobs and attempt the connection again.
6 - The system is in the process of activating a previous connection attempt for controller description &24. A retry interval timer on the controller may have expired which has caused this connection attempt. The previous connection attempt will also fail. Have the controller attempt the connection again. If this problem persists, the retry interval timer on the controller should be changed.
7 - The system is in the process of termination for controller description &24. Wait a few minutes, then have the controller attempt the connection again. If this problem persists, vary controller description &24 off and back on using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command, then have the controller attempt the connection again.
All other codes - This is a software problem. Collect the following information and start problem analysis using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command:
-- any spool files related to job &10/&9/&8, such as the job log and trace job listing
-- a dump of controller &1 (DMPSYSOBJ command)
-- any information which previous messages in the job log for job &10/&9/&8 indicate should be collected.
