Unable to automatically create controller for location &4 in network &5.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to automatically create a remote workstation controller description for location &4 in network &5 failed.
Recovery . . . : The Create Controller Description (Remote Work Station) (CRTCTLRWS) command failed unexpectedly when it was issued by the system for automatic create. The job log for job &10/&9/&8 contains the reason for the failure. Follow the recovery for the message and have the controller attempt to connect again.
