Unable to automatically create controller for location &4 in network &5.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to automatically create a remote workstation controller description for location &4 in network &5 failed. The vary on for controller description &1 failed.
Recovery . . . : The Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command failed unexpectedly when it was issued by the system for automatically created controller description &1. The job log for job &10/&9/&8 contains the reason for the failure. Follow the recovery for the message, vary on the controller description using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command and have the controller attempt to connect again.
