Device on controller &1 failed to automatically create.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A device description for a device on controller description &1 failed to automatically vary on after it was automatically created. The Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command for automatically created device description &2 failed. The system is unable to automatically vary on the device description.
Recovery . . . : The system was unable to vary on the automatically created device description (&2). The Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command failed. To work with the job, use command WRKJOB JOB(&9/&8/&7) and select the option to display the job log. Find the messages in the job log that occur before this message and correct the problem. The device description &2 must be manually varied on. The necessary information for manual vary on using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command is: CFGOBJ(&2), CFGTYPE(*DEV), and STATUS(*ON).
