Added a symptom to the symptom string that was not valid.

Cause . . . . . : A problem was detected while creating a symptom string. The symptom was modified or ignored. Processing continues.
Recovery . . . : None
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Return code &1 was received during operation &2. The keyword is &3, the value is &4, the value type is &5 and the length is &6. The return codes are:
-- X'B1' FLDS/ or REGS/ keyword was not followed by a VALU/.
-- X'B2' Keyword plus value exceeds 15 characters.
-- X'B3' Key type is incorrect.
-- X'B4' Value contains a character that is not supported.
-- X'B5' An option other than A or V was used.
-- X'B6' A value contained a blank character.
-- X'B7' The keyword and value resulted in a blank symptom.
-- X'B9' The symptom string exceeded 256 characters. The surplus symptoms were not used.
-- X'BB' A blank symptom string was created or the pointer to the symptom string was null.
-- X'BC' A blank symptom string was created or the pointer to the symptom string was null.
-- X'BD' The system version was not available.
-- X'BE' Value type is incorrect.
-- X'BF' The symptom string does not contain a required keyword, F/ or SP/.
