Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Condition list or start time parameters can not be specified if *LAST is specified in the activity name parameter.
Recovery . . . : If the condition list parameter was specified, change the number of conditions parameter to 0, and then try the request again. If the start time parameter was specified, change the start after date and time fields to *CURRENT and change the start before date and time fields to *ANY. Then try the request again.
