Cause . . . . . : Value &1 for start before date element of the start time parameter is not valid. The valid start before date format is CYYMMDD, where C represents the century (0 = twentieth century, 1 = twenty first century), YY represents the year and the valid range is 00 - 99, MM represents the month and the valid range is 01 - 12, and DD represents the day and the valid range is 01 - 31. The start before date can also have one of the following special values: *ANY, *CURRENT or *NEXT.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid value, then try the request again.
