Database initialization failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal error occurred during the initialization of the change control server database files. Error messages have been logged on CC Server trace files.
Recovery . . . : To see the contents of the CC Server trace files, do the following:
-- Submit the following job: SBMJOB CMD(CALL PGM(QSVMSS/QCQNDMPTRC)
-- Too see the output of the program, call WRKSPLF from the command line.
