Floating point format not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value entered was not a valid floating point number. A floating point number may have an optional sign followed by up to 17 digits with an optional decimal point. The exponent is specified by an optional sign and up to 3 digits.
Recovery . . . : Correct the floating point number that is not valid and then try the request again.
