Error occurred with &5 API. Reason code &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A problem occurred calling the &5 API. Reason codes are:
1 - Department field can not be blank.
2 - Department &2 already exists. One of the following has occurred:
-- QOKADDDP was called to add a department name that already exists and the allow duplicate option was set to '0'.
-- QOKCHGDP was called to change the department name to a department that already exists and the allow duplicate option was set to '0'.
3 - Department &2 does not exist. One of the following has occurred:
-- QOKRMVDP was called to remove a department that does not exist.
-- QOKCHGDP was called to change a department that does not exist.
4 - Department &2 could not be removed. One of the following conditions exists:
-- The department record is in use.
-- A directory entry that specifies the department is in use.
-- The directory entry of the department manager is in use.
-- A department record that specifies the department as the reports to department is in use.
5 - Manager &3 &4 was not found. The manager must exist in the directory as a user to be a manager of a department.
6 - Department &1 could not be added because the directory entry of the department manager is in use.
7 - Wrong characters used in manager user ID and address &3 &4. The characters that are permitted include the alphabetic characters A through Z, the numbers 0 through 9, extended alphabetic characters, and some special characters. Refer to the SNA Distribution Services book for a definition of the correct characters to use.
8 - Allow duplicate field not valid. Value must either be '0' or '1'.
9 - *SECADM special authority required to do requested operation. To get *SECADM special authority, contact your security administrator.
10 - New department name cannot be blank when changing the department name. If you do not want to change the department name, specify *SAME for the new department name.
99 - Unexpected error occurred for department &2. See previous messages in the job log to determine the error.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problem and try the request again.
