Cannot add more controllers to line.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The line already has the maximum number of controllers allowed.
Recovery . . . : Add the controller to a different line, or delete a controller from the line and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The maximum number of controllers on a line is determined by the line connection type (CNN) parameter and the maximum controllers (MAXCTL) parameter. A nonswitched point-to-point line (CNN = *NONSWTPP) can have only one controller.
