System name and station address not unique.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A switched controller already exists with the specified system name and station address.
Recovery . . . : Specify a different station address and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A switched controller description on the system has the same values for remote control point name (RMTCPNAME parameter) and station address (STNADR parameter) as the user specified for remote system name and remote system station address, respectively. This is not allowed.
