SMTPRTE User ID and Address &1 &2 is not defined in System Distribution Directory

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The User ID and Address specified for the route to the SMPT gateway (SMTPRTE) must be defined in the System Distribution Directory before being specified on the SMTPRTE parameter of the CHGDSTA command.
Recovery . . . : Define the User Id / Address, a *ANY / Address, or a *ANY / *ANY entry in the System Distribution Directory via the WRKDIRE panels or the ADDDIRE command and then set the route to the SMTP gateway (SMTPRTE) distribution attribute via the CHGDSTA cammand again. The User ID and Address specified must be valid. *ANY can not be entered in either field of the SMTPRTE parameter.
